We have a silly tradition at our house that on Christmas eve we put the Jam-ee elf box out on the porch and the Jam-ee elf will come and put pajamas in it and knock on the door. They never see him. This is for one to let the kids know that it is time to go to sleep and fun new pajamas for Christmas.

Ithink the Jam-ee elf if cute, we do pj's on christmas eve and it has always been a rule that you have to go to bed a half hour after you open them.
I miss seeing you guys. We are having harlee's party on the 25th at 3:00 if you guys would like to come.
